Today, at a reception held in the Bruneau Centre, the University President, members of the Memorial Univ. community, RDC representatives and others got together to celebrate the success of RDC-Ocean Industries Student Research Award recipients.

Jen Murphy, in our group, holds one of these awards (supported by the Newfoundland Aquaculture Industry Association) for her research on valorization of waste mussel shells. She had the opportunity to talk to all assembled about her experiences. Congratulations Jen! We are so proud of you.
